Shipping is only 59¢ if sent in a First Class envelope.
But the Jump Rings may not be attached, in order for the Charm(s) or Key Chains to be mailed, as a lump would exist making it un-mailable. If you have two pairs of pliers, it's easily assembled.
If mailed as a small packet the cost starts at near to $4, or higher depending on the quantity purchased.
Once an order has been received, I will inform the buyer of the First Class Rate and of the alternative next lowest choice.
